I received first prizes in Graphics and paintings in regional shows: Finger Lakes Regions, Strong Memorial Museum, Rochester NY:,First prizes in painting and graphics,:Cooperstown National Exhibitions, Cooperstown NY, First Prizes and Awards: Munson Williams Proctor Museum Annual Shows, Utica, NY: Everson Museum, Regional show award, Syracuse NY: First prizes: Delta Exhibitions and regional shows through the South. I showed my paintings in the faculty shows at the: Arkansas Arts center, Little Rock Arkansas and and in the Memphis Museum of Art, Tennessee . I was represented in several small New York Galleries. I also exhibited (sorry I didn't even see the show) at the Twelve County– Finger Lakes Exhibition, Cayuga Museum, Auburn, NY. I have a lot of exhibition publicity, old newspapers and will maybe add in the first prizes in Musums or Regional shows, possibly slides of work.
Most of my work that I wanted to have here in Florida was stolen from Florida Storage, the same peoople also took most of my slides. Possiby they will be given to soneone in the next generation to use to get into college, then into a sorority or fraternity, the ideal way for the next generation I assume to earn their trust funds. Boola Boola..
I taught briefly at the Everson Museum, Syracuse NY, 1979, Adult Painting and Drawing: The Arkansas Arts Center, MacArthur Park, Little Rock Arkansas, 1965 – 1967: Little Firehouse Arts Center Pine Bluff Arkansas 1966 – 1967.
My move to Florida 1987. proved to be a series of thefts and destruction of my art work and supplies, to this day: As fortold by my ex husbands attorney Ed Alderman. He or his staff have also managed to keep all knowledge of my grown sons life from me, as threatened when I won my divorce 84-87. He and his Harrotunians are quite the attorneys. My studio 2010 is in a small Argosy camper, in this lovely little park in Port Richey, FL. Weathers fine! Will spell check someday....but I can't move anything around sorry. IZ
