No I have just missed taking medical tests that would not have been paid for for months as I was told that company was not paying for anything this year. No I have just missed taking medical tests that would not have been paid for for months as I was told that company was not paying for anything this year. Nichols appears to be part of a large testing company called Quest as I started to say. Future Facebook site as reply to letter sent to a friend from former WAITING researcher/distant relative
To be corrected. I have lost my printer and files on my computer recently. I am parking this here until I can correct it later today to send to a friend that received an e mail from a former WAITING genealogy researcher.My printer stopped when I was writing the medical letter that I parked on a blog site because it got too long.
I am looking up how to use Facebook today. My computer is low on memory' new lay away computer will arrive next month.You can send this on to Stuart Waiting. I'd love to hear from him again. I hae not had mail or e mail arrive to him apparently for years or received any e-mail. I may put this page on Facebook. With any original documents on a disk.
I sent Stuart a picture of my dad Desmond Walker Waiting and his young friend in fancy dress,years ago. The ballroom clothing was from his mother's Costumier Studio, how she survived in England after fire and bombs killed the rest of the Waiting (Sea Captain and Shipwright) family. One bomb though the dining table, killed all the men, mother and sons (my father and his brother) were probably at the rooms/studio where she made the family clothing/drapes etc. with help from hired girls.
Last I heard he thought Stuart had found the work room in Barrow. The men's work business and boats were in Old Barrow in Furness, Eng. there was a house with 'little boats'elsewhere?. She always had help to sew, and my dad Desmond Walker Waiting and his brother played with an army of metal soldiers on a former cutting table there.
Relatives of mine in the mid eighties stole a smaller army I bought from a model shop closing in North Syracuse before 86 not theirs. They stole the Scots and some others when I was in Dade City in the 80's in Florida.Part time work I stayed there and came home on weekends for several months. I had finished the Scots Guards and was painting the French horsemen. That was half the size of regular miniature soldiers. I bought miniatures at Lyons here I hope they ahve not all been stolen. I hd no address for my son and expected to know where he was any year. Jerry Nelson and Vannis received valuables and did not say where they went seme story today. My son canno tell me what he received or rather an e mail site cannot.
If Stuart remembers, after the IRA or Germans burned the N. Ireland shipyard, my uncle Samuel was in Irish Guards or other British Military. I sent Stuart a picture of my dad Desmond Walker Waiting and his young friend in fancy dress,years ago. Isabelle Waiting, as a new patient on not taking some medical tests remembering what I can of medical history. My printer would not print it and there are none of my old disks here. I suppose it will disappear from my computer.

I changed from Optimum Health to Advantra (Coventry Health Care). I did not receive a new card. The change was suggested by my insurance agent, she said my old insurance changed in 2010 and does not pay for much. Their was no payment taken from my Social Security this month. Why I canceled the Quest tests until I know I am covered. I also made a new appointment for office visit with you Feb. 18, 2010.
Question can I skip the Thyroid test? I have no Irregular heart Rhythms even during strenuous exercise. I will be a pain as a patient as I have been a natural food and medicine person all my life. I read recently that older people gain nothing by being treated for an asymptomatic underactive thyroid: Treated in the belief that treatment will prevent heart problems. A Dr. Cappola believes they don't see any evidence that Thyroid treatment is going to help the heart. Dr. Anne R. Cappola. I am very close to deciding to go to Panama with friends, to see if I want to live there permanently. I might need Hepatitis shots.

I fear the scar will get in the way of some other tests I would like to avoid. No trouble with anything so far. I went into shock once a little after he was born just getting a enema. Burns on arms and chest not visible 3rd and 2nd degree. Hospital and Armenian Dr. I jumped in our pool after pot handle broke and dumped oil and food on the stove. Clorine burned the edges, no scars.
Never able to find any dental records. I had a lots of expensive dental work done, I can't afford to replace it, except out of country.
1870's Medical: Early 70's,told by a blood doctor in Syracuse that I had a bad throat virus that might kill me someday. (He was Head of Syracuse Red Cross at time possibly involved in a Red Cross Scandal). I had a Shillerman? (radioactive blood test) nothing discovered. I have not been bothered since the 80s,after leaving Syacuse.
Have a lot of lifetime radioactive time from Florida, standing holding my mothers knees and legs in Suncoast Centers X Rays, after her two knee surgeries. Trying to avoid any more.
80's Medical: I worked for a short time in X Ray reception Community Hospital (Marine parkway) in the 80's. I also studied at Schwetman and Community for Ward Secretary, A nurse called me in and told me I had AIDS, (judged from a routine blood test I took for employment). The Hospital said said I should start treatment immediately paid for by Community. I quit and went to other doctors out of Pasco County and all tests were negative and have been since. They misread tests. My my ex husbands attorney Ed Alderman may be the owner of Community and other hospitals. Also part of the Family business I divorced..My pay check came from Chase Bank Syracuse.
I keep away from any non-essential medical treatment My in laws Mack control too many jobs. My step cousin, Glenn Tansley, was Job Director here in Pasco Co in the 70's. But my Ferguson-Young cousin's sick children also must receive free treatment and would kill to keep the money coming in.
.My son Theo Mack has not been able to communicate freely with me since before I won my divorce in 1987, since 84.. He can e- mail now as long as he gives no details as to his life. I hope my Bagnasco cousin is not on my phone line again. I had a bad cold and changed the first quest date to be after my next SS check in case it turned into flu. The code they gave me worked. Then last week I decided I did not want to take a chance on not being covered. I noticed there was a throyd test mentioned possibly because I said I had not been this heavy before I am ten pounds or 12 above the gym weight for 5.4 which is what they say I am now. I thought taller. I could not get the insurance person on my Optimum group their spring hill phone would first not take messages cutting off twice then it was on and I did not get called back. The other office closer sent Mrs. Miller out and she was selling a much better plan because Optimum was not paying anything this year.
I assume as they did not take the money from this SS check it might be delayed so I decided to not go in and the code for Quest did not work from my phone or computer. I called oon Monday to cancel and they said they would get back in 48 hours they did not. Another office I called did get through to their computer and it had been cancelled they must have been busy with the cold or my cousin cut off the phone as they have cut this letter off to be printed. They have removed all the discs and will be in to erase it?

I changed from Optimum Health to Advantra (Coventry Health Care). I did not receive a new card. The change was suggested by my insurance agent, she said my old insurance changed in 2010 and does not pay for much. Their was no payment taken from my Social Security this month. Why I canceled the Quest tests until I know I am covered. I also made a new appointment for office visit with you Feb. 18, 2010.
Question can I skip the Thyroid test? I have no Irregular heart Rhythms even during strenuous exercise. I will be a pain as a patient as I have been a natural food and medicine person all my life. I read recently that older people gain nothing by being treated for an asymptomatic underactive thyroid: Treated in the belief that treatment will prevent heart problems. A Dr. Cappola believes they don't see any evidence that Thyroid treatment is going to help the heart. Dr. Anne R. Cappola. Quest diagnostics still did not inform me that my tests were cancelled. I have a bad cold and want to lose more weight before I get tests. They gave me a confirmation number that i used one time to delay test to get it past my Social Security payment in case their are additional charges. Then I changed med care compnay. Their site did not accept the number to eigher finish register or to cancel.
Their site did not take my confirm number and they did not call me back yesterday after I called their telephone line, yet... (they do have 48 hours). I called around and someone did tell me that it is off the book and I will make another when I have dieted for most of another month. I don't what to take the thyroid test after reading my kind of medical books which are not the reg AMA recommendations.
I am not that over my weight and have had to eat poverty food lots of noodles while trying to fix one car or replace it the reason for the gain I think also not being able to get to gym because afraid of car trouble and expensive repairs planned.
